OUR LAUNCH OFFER

From Paris,
with Free Shipping.

1. The launch offer

The launch offer covers standard outbound shipping on orders placed while the offer is displayed, once the store opens. The standard shipping charge will be $0.00 and applied automatically. No minimum purchase is required.

2. Worldwide destinations

The offer applies worldwide wherever we can lawfully deliver and a carrier accepts the destination. If a destination cannot be served, checkout will not accept that delivery address. The final supported destinations must be configured before orders open.

3. What is included

Standard delivery is included. Optional express delivery, return postage, customs duties, import taxes and carrier customs-clearance charges are not included. Any optional delivery charges and known taxes collected by the store will be shown before payment.

4. Delivery timing

Dispatch and delivery estimates will be displayed before an order is placed. No carrier or delivery-time guarantee has been confirmed for this preview. We remain responsible for our legal delivery obligations; local consumer rights are unaffected.

5. Offer availability

No closing date has been announced. Any change applies only to future orders and cannot remove free standard shipping from an order already accepted under this offer.

6. Returns

Free outbound shipping does not automatically include free returns. Read the Refund Policy for return conditions.
